Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At The Knotty Pillow, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we work with third-party suppliers, our refund and return policy is based on their guidelines. Please read carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will correct the mistake with a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Incorrect size selection (please check size charts before ordering).

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@theknottypillow.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item showing the defect or incorrect product.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return or refund.

4. Refund, Replacement, and Supplier Approval

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed and approved by both The Knotty Pillow and our supplier.

  • All refunds and replacements are subject to supplier approval. Once a request is submitted, we will open a dispute with our supplier, which typically takes 3 days to process. If the supplier denies the claim, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

  • Replacements will be shipped out after return approval.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the supplier’s policy. Some suppliers do not require returns for defective or incorrect items, but this varies case by case.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@theknottypillow.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to align with supplier guidelines. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
